Patti Denomme is a registered nurse with more than 25 years of perioperative clinical, leadership and supply chain experience. At Optimé, Denomme collaborates directly with clinical, supply chain and executive clients to clearly define goals and expectations, research available data sources and refine collective information to provide actionable service line analytics.
Prior to joining Optimé, Patti worked for Ascension Health Supply Chain as a director of surgical services, where she served as a link between clinical and healthcare supply chain staff, leveraged the collective knowledge and support of a nationwide surgical council and negotiated contracts for surgical supplies and medical devices resulting in multi-million dollar savings annually.
Most notable is her conceptualizing, strategizing and implementation of an unique approach to orthopedic and spine strategic sourcing, which optimized the collective spend and volume of more than 70 hospitals while still embracing each the health ministry’s culture and local surgeon preferences.
While working in supply chain, Patti stays abreast of clinical issues and technical advancements in perioperative nursing through membership in the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses membership and events, continuing clinical education, and networking with perioperative clinicians and leaders across the country.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Detroit Mercy and resides in the metro-Detroit area.
