Kristen Wookey, Vice President, Product Management

Kristen Wookey has more than 20 years’ experience leading business process redesign, optimization and software implementation projects. At Optimé she works on the design and specifications for the supply chain Contract Management & Workflow suite, manages an offshore development team and oversees testing of all new software iterations, among other roles.

Prior to joining Optimé, Kristen was director of operations for Management Results, Inc., where she worked on software implementation and project management for enterprise resource planning and enterprise asset management, managed application support centers for clients and served as a business analyst.

Kristen has extensive experience writing reports using online analytical processing tools and commercial report authoring packages. She has a diverse skill set, including practical experience in both functional and technical disciplines. She has managed engagements within the private and public sectors as well as the healthcare industry.

Kristen’s unique blend of functional and technical skills gives her the ability to deploy technology and applications that meet the requirements within the whole organization.  Over her career she has led both small- and large-scale implementations including organizations with more than 1,000 users.

Kristen received her BA in accounting from Heidelberg College. She is based in the Philadelphia area.
