Shoaib Abbasi has more than two decades of management consulting and software design experience. He has led enterprise strategy, supply chain optimization, strategic sourcing and optimization projects for clients such as U.S. Steel, Weyerhaeuser, Newsweek, Elkay, Elf Atochem and Kraft. He has also led human capital optimization projects at Mt. Sinai Hospital and Medical Center, Chicago Osteopathic Hospital and Medical Center, Grant Hospital of Chicago and Dameron Hospital.

Kristen Wookey has more than 20 years’ experience leading business process redesign, optimization and software implementation projects. At Optimé she works on the design and specifications for the Contract Management & Workflow suite, manages an offshore development team and oversees testing of all new software iterations, among other roles.
